1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the services provided by Opsonaut ("Company," "we," "us"), including the website at opsonaut.com, the ZapRaft marketplace at ZapRaft.opsonaut.com, and any related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use our services.
Opsonaut is operated from Beirut, Lebanon. These Terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon.
2. Services Provided
Opsonaut provides:
- Digital Products: Downloadable automation templates, AI prompt packs, developer toolkits, business blueprints, and AI employee kits.
- ZapRaft Marketplace: A platform where third-party sellers can list and sell automation workflow templates.
- Content: Blog articles, newsletters, and educational resources about AI automation.
We do not sell physical goods. All products are delivered digitally.
3. Account Registration
To purchase products or sell on ZapRaft, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
4. Purchases and Payments
All payments are processed by Paddle(paddle.com), our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles billing, tax compliance, and payment processing globally. By making a purchase, you agree to Paddle's terms of service.
Prices are listed in USD. Paddle may apply local taxes based on your location.
Digital products are one-time purchases unless otherwise stated. Marketplace seller plans may include recurring subscriptions.
5. Digital Product Delivery
Upon successful payment, digital products are made available for immediate download. You will receive a download link via email and in your account dashboard. Delivery is considered complete upon download availability.

7. Intellectual Property
All content, code, templates, and materials provided by Opsonaut are protected by intellectual property laws. Upon purchase, you receive a license to use the product for your own business. You may not:
- Resell, redistribute, or share purchased products
- Use products in competing marketplace or template businesses
- Remove copyright notices or attribution
- Claim authorship of Opsonaut-created content
Each license covers one business or individual. For agency or multi-client use, contact us for bulk licensing.
8. ZapRaft Marketplace — Seller Terms
Sellers on ZapRaft grant Opsonaut a license to display, promote, and distribute their listings. Sellers retain ownership of their original work. Opsonaut charges a commission (10-20% depending on plan) on each sale. Payouts are processed via Paddle.
9. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use our services for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Upload malicious content or workflows containing harmful code
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users
- Scrape, crawl, or automated access our services without permission
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Opsonaut shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific product or service in question.
Digital products are provided "as is." While we strive for quality, we do not guarantee that products will meet your specific requirements or produce specific business results.
11. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to access purchased products may be revoked if the termination is due to abuse or fraud.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
