Refund Policy

1. Digital Products — 14-Day Refund
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all digital products purchased through Opsonaut, including prompt packs, workflow templates, developer toolkits, automation blueprints, and AI employee kits.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the purchase date. No questions asked.
How to request a refund
- Email support@opsonaut.com with your order number or transaction ID
- Include the email address used for the purchase
- Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days via the original payment method
Exceptions
Refunds may be declined if:
- The request is made more than 14 days after purchase
- The product has been substantially used or deployed in a production environment
- Evidence of abuse or fraud is detected (e.g., repeated purchase-refund cycles)
2. Downloadable Files
Because digital products are delivered instantly and can be downloaded immediately, we process refund requests on a case-by-case basis after the 14-day window. If you experience a technical issue preventing you from using a product (corrupted file, missing content), contact support and we will either fix the issue or issue a refund regardless of the time elapsed.
3. ZapRaft Marketplace Purchases
Workflow templates purchased on ZapRaft from third-party sellers follow the same 14-day refund policy. Refund requests are handled by Opsonaut (not the individual seller). The seller's commission is reversed upon refund.
4. Subscription Cancellation (ZapRaft Seller Plans)
ZapRaft seller plan subscriptions can be cancelled at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation:
- Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period
- No refund is issued for partial months
- Your listings remain visible but you cannot create new ones after the plan expires
- Existing customers can still download purchased products
5. Payment Processing
All refunds are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. The refund will appear on your statement within 5-10 business days depending on your bank. Paddle handles the refund of any applicable taxes automatically.
